As part of my final project in my Design Organization II class at BC3, we were assigned a project where we were to create a fictional brand for an energy drink from scratch. My end product, Summit Energy, was designed from the beginning to be a zero-calorie, zero-sugar energy drink that was marketed towards a younger, fitness-oriented audience. Some similar products that Summit Energy would theoretically compete against included Celsius, ZOA, and Rowdy Energy.
The first part of our project was to create three unique logos for the same brand name. For the second part, I picked the one I felt was the strongest and created packaging for it. This included creating labels, developing a type hierarchy, and establishing a color palette. After the labels were done, I mocked them up on a variety of digital layouts.
